I discovered flow arts in 2016, and fell in love with the intuitive form of expression. Soon after, I picked up LED hula hoop and fire performance, incorporating influences from bellydance, burlesque, go-go, and hip-hop into my evolving style. In 2018 I studied modern dance under Karen McDonald at SMC, whose credits include Michael Jackson’s Thriller video and dancing for Beyoncé at the Grammy’s. My understanding of movement, form and figure is also informed by my background in yoga. My experience includes background dancing for concerts and festivals, choreographing and performing in music videos, being a "hype girl" go-go dancer at electronic music events, and performing at modern burlesque shows.
